PROSPERITY^® Annealed Aluminum Foil Characteristics:

Annealing is a process in the processing of aluminum foil. The main purpose of annealing aluminum foil is to soften and recrystallize. According to different processes, it can be divided into intermediate annealing and finished annealing. According to the different requirements of customers, when delivering in (0,H22,H24,H26 states), the finished product must undergo annealing. The purpose is to control the mechanical properties and surface quality of the foil to meet the technical standards and the usage requirements of users. Aluminum foil annealing generally involves two aspects. The first is to completely eliminate oil defects to achieve the goal of thorough oil removal. The second is to change the mechanical properties of the aluminum foil. For some hard state aluminum foils with higher surface requirements, users demand that while ensuring the mechanical properties meet the usage requirements, the surface of the aluminum foil should be degreased thoroughly, and the wetting tension value of the aluminum foil surface should not be less than 34×10-3 N/m. This type of aluminum foil also needs to undergo low-temperature degreasing annealing in special circumstances.
