The construction of the PROSPERITY^® R&D center took four years, with a total investment of 280 million US dollars and a land area of over 20000 square meters. The R&D center consists of a new product research and development center, a smelting rapid separation center, a processing technology optimization center, a chemical testing center, an environmental monitoring center, a metrological calibration center, and a smart physics testing center. It has the only integrated intelligent laboratory for bar and plate materials in China, as well as an intelligent laboratory that fully integrates sample processing and testing.

PROSPERITY^® Intelligent Physical Testing Center combines intelligent technologies such as robots, AGV carts, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and visual recognition to organically connect fully automatic machining centers with automatic testing equipment, achieving automation and unmanned sample processing and testing, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of physical testing.

PROSPERITY^® R&D center covers material research, such as superconducting materials, titanium alloys, etc; Research on process technology, including processing techniques, powder metallurgy, etc; And basic research, such as material applications and fundamental theories of material processing, research on precision metal tools, etc. The various new materials developed by PROSPERITY can be widely applied in aerospace, military, new energy vehicles, consumer electronics and other fields, with huge market demand.
