Magnesium Extrusion

PROSPERITY^® currently has 630T, 1000T, 4500T extrusion production lines and corresponding post-processing production lines, among which the 4500T extrusion machine is currently the largest magnesium alloy extrusion equipment in China. The main products include high-speed rail profiles, automotive wheel hub bars, 3C plates, anodes, leisure product profiles, etc. We have completed over 400 types of extruded profile sections and can produce specific profile sections according to customer requirements, providing overall solutions.

Magnesium Die Casting

PROSPERITY^® is equipped with 22 die-casting production lines ranging from 350 to 2500 tons, of which 10 are imported lines. The main products include dashboard crossbeam assembly, central control bracket, two/three screen bracket, seat frame, communication host bracket, steering wheel frame, high-speed rail seat frame, laptop shell, medical equipment shell, power tool shell, etc. PROSPERITY^® can manufacture magnesium/aluminum alloy die-casting parts with a weight of several hundred grams to 17.5KG and a thickness of 1mm-6mm, with a projected area controlled within 2500mm².

Magnesium Smelt

PROSPERITY^® is capable of producing semi-continuous cast rods, plates, cast anodes, and alloy ingots of magnesium alloys, with an annual output of 20000 tons. There are mainly three semi-continuous casting production lines for bar materials, one anode casting production line, and one alloy ingot recycling line.

Made to order: Magnesium alloy products containing various chemical compositions such as Zr, Ce, Y, Gd, La, Ag, Cu, etc, all can be produced according to specific customer requirements.

Magnesium Machining

After dozen years of practice, PROSPERITY^® has rich experience in magnesium alloy processing and currently has more than 60 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, including CNC, CNC lathes, milling machines, wire cutting, multi axis machines, automatic assembly machines, thermoforming machines, etc.

Lathe size range: φ 580mm * 850mm, precision controlled at 0.02mm.

Magnesium Surface Treatment
