1. PROSPERITY^® Narrow Aisle is a type of warehousing system that takes beam-type racking as the main body but has a narrower shelf aisle. The width of its aisles is generally between 1600mm and 2000mm, which is narrower than that of traditional beam-type shelves. Meanwhile, the bottom is equipped with dedicated “three-way stacker forklift” rails, often made of unequal Angle steel.

2. The aisle width of PROSPERITY^® narrow-aisle racking is slightly wider than that of palletized goods, which can meet the storage requirements of higher density. It retains the core advantage of the beam-type shelf system – free and selective access. Forklifts can freely access any pallet of goods at any time, with high and flexible access efficiency. Combined with high-density storage, this system greatly enhances the production efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the warehouse, and is particularly suitable for use in modern logistics centers.

Meanwhile, about 200mm high guide rails are installed at the bottom of the shelves, which can effectively guide the movement of forklifts, reduce the risk of manual operation, and have lower professional requirements for drivers than drive-in racking, thereby enhancing the safety of operations.
