PROSPERITY^® 1070 aluminum alloy has a long service life, low cost and high recycling value. 1070 hot-rolled aluminum plate features high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and can be welded by contact welding, gas welding, etc. PROSPERITY^® strictly controls the processing quality, structure, grains, and microstructure composition of the products, and the product performance has reached the international advanced level.

PROSPERITY^® Heat treatment process for 1070 hot-rolled aluminum sheet. Full annealing – Heat to 390 to 430° C. Depending on the effective thickness of the material, hold for 30 to 120 minutes. Cool in a water furnace at a rate of 30 to 50°C per hour to below 300°C and then air cool. Rapid annealing – Heat to 350 to 370 degrees Celsius. Depending on the effective thickness of the material, hold for 30 to 120 minutes. Air cool or water cool. Quenching and aging – Quenching at 500 to 510°C, air-cooled artificial aging at 95 to 105°C for 3 hours, natural aging at room temperature for 120 hours.
