PROSPERITY^® 2A11 aluminum alloy belongs to the aluminum-copper-magnesium series of aluminum alloys. It is a high-strength hard aluminum that can be strengthened by heat treatment. In the quenched and just-quenched states, its plasticity is medium, and it performs well in spot welding. After quenching and cold working hardening, its machinability is still good. It is often treated with anodic oxidation and painting methods, or an aluminum coating is added to the surface to improve its corrosion resistance. It is a commonly used aluminum alloy metal for common molds, precision components, and tooling furniture, etc.
