PROSPERITY^® 3M03 aluminum alloy is a 3-series AL-Mn alloy. It is a new product developed and produced in response to the market’s demand for green, low-carbon and environmental protection development. Its production process is supported by SMS cold rolling mills and Daiwa flying shears, capable of manufacturing aluminum single plates, aluminum curtain walls and roof panels with a length of 15,000mm, a width of 2600mm and a thickness of 0.8-6.0mm.

PROSPERITY^® 3M03 aluminum plate features light weight, good strength, excellent ductility, and easy processing and production. It is weldable, fatigue-resistant, has excellent strength, and strong corrosion resistance. It also has the characteristics of being green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and recyclable.

The tensile strength of PROSPERITY^® conducted a detailed comparative analysis of the chemical composition, melting and casting production process, hot rolling process, homogenized mechanical properties, and mirror image analysis of 3003 and 3M03 aluminum alloys. Through analysis, we can find that there are significant differences in the composition of the two aluminum alloys. After our special treatment of the material, it can meet the 3003 quality standard in terms of both surface quality and microstructure quality. Even in some special aspects of 3M03, such as bending and stamping forming, it is superior to 3003 aluminum alloy.
