PROSPERITY^® 7005 aluminum plate is a super-hard aluminum with good welding performance and can be strengthened by heat treatment. Its strength is not as good as that of 6061 aluminum plate, but it is much lighter. It is a typical lightweight aluminum material. It is often applied to welded structures with high strength and high fracture toughness, such as trusses, members, containers of vehicles, large heat exchangers, and components that cannot undergo solution treatment after welding. It can also be used to manufacture sports equipment such as tennis rackets and softball bats.
