PROSPERITY^® Steel Forgings Production Base complies with various domestic and international standards (ASME, ANSI, DIN, JIS, GB, SH, HG, JB, etc.) and produces forged steel flanges of various materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel, etc.) and all kinds of forgings for pressure vessels. PROSPERITY^® Steel Forgings Production Base has over 20 forging and pressing machines, including 2 CNC ring rolling machines, 7 heat treatment electric furnaces, and more than 80 metal processing machines. It has formed an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of medium and high-pressure flanges and pressure vessel forgings. The maximum diameter of the flanges produced can reach 6000mm, the maximum diameter of the tube sheets can reach 3000mm, and the pressure can reach 2500LB. The products are widely used in petrochemical, electrical, light industry, machinery and metallurgy fields.
